On 12/8/18 the question asked was: how many times can I be forgived or saved by Jesus? -- Your Answer was: GOD - You've been saved, all sins are forgiven. Done deal. You can't sin enough to undo it. All you can do is reject Jesus as your savior, to not be covered by his blood, thus not protected from the penalty of death and sin. The choice is yours. -------- I've been reborn and saved. Just for example then, why isn't this a license to sin? (I'm still definitely struggling with some bad habits) Why wouldn't someone else use this as justification/excuse to be that horrible, lying, thieving, racist, greedy, worst-possible type person and then know with definitiveness that they are A-OK with their salvation? I'm not trying to be judge (that's your job), but I would like to understand this perspective a bit more. If someone is saved and they can't sin enough to undo it, why bother to attempt to change their behavior and try to not continue to intentionally sin? I apologize if this comes off as self-righteous, that is not my intention, I'm just seeking understanding on this subject. I know I'm supposed to live by faithe, and my faithe journey isn't going to be the same as anyone elses, and it's not my place to judge, but it seems like this allows for someone to be as evil as they desire, and still be forgiven. (I've read the FAQ and that first question covers this somewhat, but doesn't give what I feel is a satisfactory answer under this circumstance.) Again, Thank You for your time and wisdom.

Answer

GOD - Simple. The true saving experience puts Jesus in your body. With his nature in you, you begin to not desire the sinful things, as you work out your faith in Christ, he grows and displaces your old nature with more and more his.

Question

by Advika Godbole - Feb 12, 2019

So, you want me to join the training institute now? You didn't keep up your promise and only you know why. So after two months of java training whatever corresponding job I might get is what the celebration is all about? So, it's nothing about what i want to do is it? So, apparently nothing that I dreamt of since childhood is being manifested. It's all about getting a job that I don't like. Is that your solution?

Answer

GOD - If you think I'm that involved in your career path, why are you questioning Me? Trust me or trust yourself.
